This episode was recorded a few months into the pandemic protocols and centers on the successful transition Life U made to remote learning during one of the most challenging times in its history (so far, as Dr. Scott was quick to add). In the intervening months, it has become clear that LIFE’s foundation in Lasting Purpose, along with a remarkable community embracing that foundation, has been vital to the university’s ability to adapt and in many ways excel during this difficult time.
The greatest challenge to leadership today is uncertainty, which has also fueled the flexibility and innovation that have been needed to lead the changes that have been essential during this time in LIFE’s history.
