TED Shmed. LIFE Talks: Ideas Actually Worth Spreading
By Kathryn Haag, D.C.
By now, the majority of chiropractors have watched at least one TED Talk. On the TED website, they state, “We believe passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and, ultimately, the world.” Gosh, that sure sounds nice, but what happens when you enter the search word subluxation? “Sorry, we couldn’t find anything quite like that.” Same answer for Chiropractic. Enter the word vaccine. You can guess how many of the 37 videos that come up even slightly imply that vaccines might be detrimental to children’s health. Zero.
At Life University, we’ve come to the conclusion TED Talks is missing a vital piece in their statement, and it’s the phrase FOR THE BETTER. If you want to see ideas that change attitudes, lives and the world FOR THE BETTER, be sure to check out LIFE Talks. It is the Internet’s prime real estate for viewing presentations based on the premise that human beings are conscious, self-developing, self-maintaining and self-healing, and that a vitalistic lifestyle is important for physical, social, mental, spiritual, environmental and intellectual wellbeing.
